My Passion for Music

Ever since I was very young, music has held an important place in my life.

Before streaming, there were CDs, mixtapes, audio cassettes, MiniDiscs, burned CDs, MP3 folders, and then iPods. From a very young age, I was already buying CDs, recording songs and radio shows on cassette, and then preparing my own compilations based on artists, styles, or the mood of the moment.

During my teenage years, this passion became even more important. I was deeply immersed in French rap, to the point where I started writing my own lyrics around the age of 14. In 2003, at 16, this passion naturally continued with Les Rénovateurs De Flow, a musical project built between friends around writing, rap, and creation.

Over time, my musical universe opened up widely. After a strong rap period, I began exploring other styles: US rap, RnB, kompa, house, electro, funk, soul, jazz, coupé-décalé, Congolese rumba, afrobeat, amapiano, and many other sounds.

Today, Spotify has become my main space for organizing, discovering, and sharing music.

There, I build playlists around two main approaches: selections dedicated to artists or groups I appreciate, and playlists based on genres, moods, or energies.

Artist Playlists

On the Music page, in the My Passions section, I share several playlists dedicated to artists or groups I appreciate.

They are divided into different categories: old-school French rap, the new generation of French rap, US rap, and a more varied space mixing electro, French pop, kompa, saleg, funk, soul, and other styles.

Each image links to a Spotify playlist dedicated to the artist or group in question.

RADiO PéO

On this page, the focus is on my playlists by genre, mood, and energy, brought together under the name RADiO PéO.

The idea is simple: to offer music selections like small personal radio stations, to play depending on the mood of the moment, the energy you are looking for, or the context.

Kompa, rap, RnB, house, afrobeat, amapiano, funk, soul, retro music, more chill or more festive sounds… each playlist has its own color, rhythm, and universe.

The Music Continues

Even though I also appreciate moments of calm and silence, music remains deeply present in my daily life.
I don’t think a day goes by without me listening to at least a little music.

I continue to feed these playlists over time, while also working on my own musical projects as a singer-songwriter, beatmaker, and producer.

Feel free to explore the RADiO PéO playlists, and to take a look at the other musical projects available on the website.
